"Despite an aversion to fitness my friend persuaded me to join family fitness when my son was six weeks old. I trudged along at the back watching the very fit people at the front of the class thinking I would never be like them. But now, my son is two and I have built up a huge amount of fitness and stamina just by attending Dancefit once a week. I love the buzz that I get from getting a really good work out and am still astounded that I can now do the high impact workout. All of the team are brilliant, giving professional post-natal advice and the crèche has been a life saver. In the early days this was the only hour of the week that I had to be me.
