An hour long session for 60+ age group.  This session is to music, and can easily be adapted while seated in a chair.  The main aims of this session is to increase energy levels, flexibility, functional strength and FALLS Prevention.

We encourage the opportunity to laugh lots and to make new friends while keeping fit.  This session should be supported by physical activity on other days, such as walking, gardening, dancing etc.
