Circuit Training
A mixed class (men & women) suitable for moderate/good levels of fitness. The class includes 6-8 stations , with a mix of cardiovascular and strength exercises. Each station has low/high impact options, allowing the individual to work at their own level/pace.
It is not choreographed, so is suitable for those who struggle with coordination.
To avoid overcrowding please check availability of places in individual classes.
A health profile questionnaire must be completed by every new member, and they should take the responsibilty of updating us with any changes to protect their exercise safety.
