This session originally started as a ‘fund raiser’ for Comic Relief! Aimed specifically towards men, it will improve cardiovascular fitness, core strength, flexibility and coordination.

Although this session is with music, it is choreographed with simple and attainable moves.  The subject of men’s health is serious, but this session is full of laughter, usually at the expense of Ruth, the instructor!

A health profile questionnaire must be completed by every new member, and they should take the responsibilty of updating us with any changes to protect their exercise safety.
